Attack of the Killer Tomato Fest
On Sunday, August 9 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., JCT Kitchen & Bar is hosting an event to celebrate some of Atlanta's best chefs, farmers and mixologists, who will join forces to benefit Georgia Organics in an event known as the first annual Attack of the Killer Tomato Fest. Tickets are available for purchase at georgiaorganics.org and cost $50 per person and $45 for Georgia Organics members.

This gem of musical theater adapts Clarence Jordan's "Cotton Patch" versions of the gospels of Matthew and John for the stage, transplanting the story of Jesus into the mid-20th century American South and considering what might have happened had Jesus been born in Georgia. Chizuko Yoshihiro is a classically trained piano player with her roots in Soul and Jazz. In 1993, she released her first album entitled "Conscious Mind."
