Oktoberfest at Iron Horse Tavern
Join us for dog-tails on the deck, for a good cause. All proceeds go to care for our rescue dogs. All well behaved dogs are welcome. Bidding on silent auction items will continue through the event. We will have a Halloween costume contest for pets. Tickets are $5 or $7 per couple.

Fall Festival
We welcome children and their families to our annual Fall Festival! The event will be on the grounds of the Greek Orthodox Church on October 17th from 11am-3pm. We will have pony and hay rides, a moonwalk, lots of games, jewelry, clothing, and food venders. Ms. Georgia will also be on hand to greet the kids.

Beer Festival at Aqua blue
For guests who can't make it to the original Oktoberfest in Germany this year, Aqua blue is hosting a beer festival the evening of Saturday, October 17 to celebrate fine food and fall brews. The festival will take place on the our patio and will feature a special prix fixe tapas menu of nine dishes paired with nine different beers, along with live music from The Moonlight Band starting at 7 p.m.

Traditional village cuisine will be served at the Greek restaurant, or Taverna. Wonderful Souvlaki (soov-ly-kee), Pastitsio (past-eet-sio), Gyros (ye-rrr-ohs) and other authentic food is also on the full menu. At another shop in the village, delicious, better than donuts, Loukoumades (loo-koo-mah-dez) will be cooked in front of you, then hand dipped in honey.

Mall of Georgia is offering Goosebumps fans the chance to star in and send their own prank video through Get Goosebumps: Share the Scare from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Nordstrom Court. Attendees can also try the Goosebumps HorrorLand game for Wii and have their pictures taken as a Goosebumps Horror. There will also be a drawing for a Goosebumps Prize Pack.
The Big Lebowski
Part of the "Man! I Love That Movie" film series, presented by The Grass Being Greener and hosted by The Studio at Marietta Station (129 Church St, Marietta). It is a B.Y.O.S. event, which means you have to bring your own seating. Pull out your lawn chairs, pillows, or thrones. Cost is only $6, but attendees must be 17+ since the movies are rated R. Beer is free with purchase of souvenir cup ($7; 21+). After you buy the cup, you get all the beer you want.
