Yoga Asana: The Basics
Yoga Asanas, or Yoga Postures, are a core practice in the Tantric Hatha Yoga tradition. They are the foundation for improved physical health, increased energy and reduced physical tension. This evening is an opportunity for those new to Tantric Hatha Yoga or those wishing to review the Basic Yoga Asanas, to learn the postures in an environment that will allow for questions and fine tuning.

Table Hop & Taste
DIFFA's Dining by Design second event of the series, will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center. Guests are invited to enjoy Table Hop & Taste from 1 to 5 p.m. This afternoon "table hop" will offer a look at the exquisite dining environments along with Castillo de Gabbiano wines, signature drinks and hors d'oeuvres from Concentrics Restaurants.

Love is Love Fundraiser at Woodfire Grill
On Sunday, October 11, we will host a fundraiser for Love is Love Farm to help the beloved local farm recover from the flash floods that occurred early last week. The fundraising event will feature a cocktail reception at 6 p.m. followed by a seated dinner at 6:30 p.m. that includes a four-course menu with wine pairings for $100 per person. All proceeds from the event will benefit Love is Love.

SOHO's Low Down Lobster Boil
SOHO is hosting a Low Down Lobster Boil every Sunday evening through October 25. For $25, guests receive a meal of Maine lobster (1 ½ lbs), andouille sausage, fresh corn on the cob, roasted new potatoes and a green salad. Live music and a casual atmosphere make for a great night not to be missed!
