Winning the Battles in Your Mind, (an organization which hosts inspirational seminars and charitable events).We intend to bring about awareness to the serious nature of cancer in children. The mission of the Walk-A-thon is to improve the quality of life for children with cancer and their families by providing financial support. East Atlanta Brownwood Bike Rally
The Brownwood Bike Rally rolls into East Atlanta on Saturday, June 7, for a sixth year of racing, bike rodeo activities, and other cycling fun for kids and adults of all skill levels. Prizes will be awarded. Registration is $10 or $25 for adults, who can register at www.active.com or beginning at 8:00 a.m. on rally day.
Southeast Pug Rescue & Adoption Fundraiser
In addition to raising money for the care of rescued pugs and pug mixes alike, this fundraiser gives shoppers a chance to learn about the breed and the pugs' personalities and traits. SEPRA will have foster pugs on site for meeting, and people can find out how to become foster/adoptive parents.
