At the last minute, some of the Atlanta Buzz crew decided to take a vacation from Atlanta and take another road trip to Tampa, Florida to hang out at Clearwater Beach's famous Skyline Chili on Saturday. Can you imagine $5 pitchers? We had a hard time believing it too. Sunday was taking it all in with live bands and swimwear at Shepards Beach Resort on Clearwater Beach. No matter what anyone tells you we definitely did not go to Mons Venus.

Okay, this week is packed with great stuff to do. First, better get out of work a little early on Thursday to make it down to Piedmont Park for the first Screen on the Green movie, A Hard Days Night featuring the Beatles. We highly recommend the Australian boxed wines - more wine in less space. More because you're going to have a lot of friends there, of course. Saturday has more great events going on than usual with the Virginia Highlands Summerfest, GreenwoodStock down the street from Dark Horse, Lost Oasis at the the Fernbank, and the 2006 Cluck Off at the 57th Fighter Group near Peachtree Dekalb Airport. Of course, if you decide to take the same mission we will... we'll se you at the Park Tavern on Sunday night for their Unplugged in the Park series that starts this weekend.
