Gamers on a mission to play the much-anticipated game "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" can head to a special midnight release party at BLOCKBUSTER® on Monday, Nov. 9. The BLOCKBUSTER store at 2002 Howell Mill Road will host the event featuring a pre-release game demo, plus the chance to be among the first to rent, purchase or possibly win the game when it is released at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10.
The event will also feature the opportunity to help real-life heroes - U.s. troops. Event-goers are invited to bring toiletries and small snack items to benefit USO Georgia. Other activities at the event include patriotic contests and music from 99X.
