Food 101 Executive Chef Justin Keith has created a fabulous holiday menu beginning with a selection of appetizers for the table that include Shrimp Cocktail, Deviled Eggs, Homemade Pickled Vegetables and a true Southern favorite, Pimento Cheese & Crackers.
Guests then have a choice of Entrees, from moist Herbed Roasted Turkey with Orange Cranberry Sauce, Maple & Brown Sugar Glazed Spiral Ham or Rosemary & Mustard Seed Leg of Lamb with Red Wine Gravy. Side Dishes are served Family Style, and the number of side dishes per table are based on the size of the group. Some of these sides include Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese, Yukon Gold Whipped Potatoes and Gravy, Traditional Stuffing, Maple Whipped Sweet Potatoes, Southern Style Creamed Corn and a Mixed Salad with Candied Pecans, Goat Cheese and Balsamic Vinegar.
An assortment of desserts such as Bourbon Pecan Pie, Chocolate Bread Pudding, Pumpkin Pie and a Crumbly Apple Cobbler. $39 for adults and $19 for ages 6-12.
