Atlantans will learn to create a chocolate-inspired dish at home as Rosa Mexicano offers the Chocolate Festival Cooking Class and Luncheon. Executive Chef Thomas Schorborg and Ibarra Chocolate will show attendees hoe to prepare Flan de Chocolate Oaxaqueno. A four-course luncheon will follow.
