The festival opens 5pm until 10pm, Friday, October 17, featuring live music, street entertainment, outdoor beverage vendors and Little 5 Points restaurant and retail promotions. On Saturday, October 18, the festival opens at 12 noon until 10pm with live music and street entertainers in Findley Plaza, a children's area featuring pumpkin decorating, a Halloween costume contest, outdoor beverage vendors, and the festival highlight - - the not-to-be-missed Halloween street parade, starting at 4pm.. The festival is free and open to the public and is located in and around Findley Plaza at the intersection of Moreland and Euclid Avenues
