Every Wednesday is flight night at SOHO. Created to allow guests the chance to enjoy wines from around the world, flight night is the ideal experience for inquisitive wine lovers. Each week SOHO selects three unique wines to be showcased on flight night. Executive Chef Joe Ahn also prepares three special tapas plates to be paired with each varietal.
